The semester break is now called holiday.
You’ve got your degree in your pocket, or very soon will have? In that case allow us to congratulate you on your decision to turn grey theory into colourful practice and capitalise on it with STUTE. That’s right, we’re talking about earning: respect, recognition and, sure, money, no question. Basically, you have two options for joining and moving up in our company: if you’ve already decided on and qualified in a specific area you can join STUTE directly by applying for one of our junior positions in the professional field of your choice. We offer you a variety of entry opportunities that are regularly advertised publicly. But unsolicited applications are also welcome – after all, self-initiative is something your future employer rates very highly.
A traineeship at STUTE will stand you in good stead.
If you’re still unsure what is the right professional direction for you and need some time to find your feet after completing your studies, we recommend our trainee programmes. This is a great way to get to know different areas of our company, discover the various sides to challenging contract logistics and learn to understand. In close proximity to our customers, you learn first-hand how to efficiently manage customer processes and integrated projects. You expand your knowledge, build up a valuable network for your future and learn our business from the bottom up. What better start could you wish for? A quick tip: take the time to put your capabilities and talents to the test before deciding on a vocational field too quickly, only to realise further down the road that something else would have suited you much better.
Contract Logistics Operations:
During your 18-month traineeship, you will get to know this business segment from the bottom up by working at different locations. The focus is on the operational management of our existing logistics centres, in addition to our varied day-to-day customer business. In the course of two years, you lay the foundations for your specialist or management career with STUTE and invest in your future.
Contract Logistics Project Management:
This programme also lasts 18 months, which you spend as a member of our project management team. The focus is on technical system planning. You learn to design and develop new logistics concepts, prepare quotations and implement them in our teams on site. Alternating assignments in the fields of real estate and technology provide extensive impressions of how to design integrated logistics solutions.
