!!! EU Advance Cargo Declaration Regulation - Effective January 1, 2011 !!!

As of 01.01.2011 all cargo information must be declared to the ICS / ECS (Import Control System / Export Control System) in advance before importing or exporting the goods. Target is to ensure a risk analysis before the goods leave / enter the European Community and to secure an international end-to-end supply chain.
